You will find an option ‘MY ADDRESS’ under settings of side-bar menu of your profile. You can add your address, which will be used as your delivery address and later you can get your deliveries from Spenowr on this address.

First of all click on the ‘MY ADDRESS’ option given under settings of side-bar menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After clicking on my address, you will come across a module written ‘DELIVERY ADDRESS’. Under that click on the ‘ADD NEW ADDRESS’ option to add address. Then the below field will be opened in front of you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Let’s discuss each field briefly to make you understand the importance and so that you can add your address directly by following this or you can also use the image to understand.

NAME: Here you have to add the name of the person who will take the delivery from our delivery partner.

PINCODE: Here you have to add Pin code (Postal Index Number) of your area, where you want to get the delivery.

MOBILE: Here you have to add a valid mobile, which is a most required field, that when our delivery partner will get stuck in the middle of delivery and for some reason he is not getting to find your location, he can call you to get a little assistance, so that he can deliver you without any delay. You can add your ‘ALTERNATIVE MOBILE NUMBER’ to your profile so that if for some reason our delivery partner can’t contact you through your first contact number, then he can use the second one.

ADDRESS (AREA STREET): Here you have to add your full address, starting from your house no., lane or block no. area or colony name etc.

SELECT COUNTRY: Here you can select your country from the given options.

SELECT STATE: Here you can select the state name according to your area and your given country.

LANDMARK: Landmark is a always suggested as a known place and here you can add a landmark which is near to your house or apartment. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After adding all the fields, click on the ‘SAVE AND DELIVER HERE’ option to get your future deliveries from Spenowr on this address.

 

 

 

 

 

 After adding your address this will be visible like above image, under ‘MY ADDRESS’ option. 

Note: Always have an Identity card given by government of respective country with you at the time of delivery. If you don’t have them, then our delivery partner will not deliver you. Also make sure the name on the delivery address and name on the identity card should be same.
