Muskan Pahwa is an Indore-based visionary artist specializing in creating visual representations of intangible and other-worldly imagery. She feels that realism in psychedelic art is important to be able to relate to these psychedelic visions.
Muskan Pahwa had always been inclined toward art, but a push from her parents and her teacher, helped her get her foot in the door. Pahwa’s art heavily takes inspiration from India’s culture and mythologies, paired with vibrant colours and intricate symbolism. “I believe I am a very colourful person, and that is also one thing that I want to reflect on in the collages I make. That’s why I use vibrant colours. Things that inspire me the most are the universe and flora, which are also a huge part of my collages,” she describes.
An avid painter, Muskan likes to explore themes and subjects in a special way so as to bring to life the essence and ethos of her subjects, which have been very diverse as can be seen from her portfolio. She uses (charcoal, graphite, and pen) for sketching, acrylics, oil, water, knife, texture, abstract for paintings, FABRIC PAINTING, MADHUBANI PAINTING, MINIATURE PAINTING, WARLI PAINTING, CHINESE PAINTING, RESIN WOR, CRAFTS WORK etc to make the best out of waste.
From the year 2019, she illustrated an innate artistic talent and continued to bring her creative passion to paint. She started painting and sketching in 2019 as her passion and profession but she made drawings at the age of 5 years just because of the happy her heart. She provides training classes for 12-20 age group children.
